Become a Member

You don't have to be a member to join in all the Forum's activities. However by becoming a member, your organisation will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic decision making and management of the Forum. For example you would be able to nominate or stand for election to the Executive Committee. We welcome new membership applications.

Membership of the RRF is open to any refugee community organisation interested in promoting the objects whose application for membership has been by the committee and ratified by the full membership at a general meeting

To become a member an organisation must fulfill the following criteria:

  1. The organisation must set up and run by refugees and based in the North East region.
  2. The organisation must be committed to promoting the settlement and/or integration for refugees in the North East Region.
  3. The orgnisation must be committed to developing its management, accounting and organisational procedures according to law.
  4. All members are required to support the aims and objectives of RRF and to respect and follow the Terms of Reference and Code of Conduct in addition to the rules of its Constituion and its policies and procedures.
