‘Skilled’ is raising awareness of the skills, qualifications and experience Refugees bring with them and the value this can have for the region. It brings together Refugees, employment, careers and business start up advisers, employers and policy makers to explore and share ideas and practical recommendation on what could work to help Refugees transfer and use their skills here.
